We set out to develop a content series that addressed our most commonly asked questions, inspired people to get the most out of Facebook, and proactively addressed areas we know our community cares about. Through both reactive and proactive topics, we prioritized the overlap of what people care about and topics we could address with authenticity, transparency and credibility.
